This past week AI helped me with
- Searched our files for a specific document, referencing only the sender and what type of document it was. In this case a bank letter. Claude returned the exact document. It is stored in Box
- I did a data dump and I asked Claude to create a specific email of first initial last name @ company name. It created the correct email format in less than a minute and highlighted 3 issues. It said what they were, how it corrected, and gave me the option to change it.
- I asked for a letter to our vendors with our new email address to send our invoices to for invoice capture. Provided the email address, stated we were using ramp but said not to mention that
- Had AI search my connected Outlook emails for a specific link having to do with training. I gave Claude the sender, said I was looking for links for training.
- I did extensive research on ergonomic mouse devices and dictation capabilities in preparation for my carpal tunnel procedure. I could never been able to find my options so efficiently.
