Found the organization’s Travel/Expense policy in Box. The person I could ask was in meetings all day so I was able to get it when I needed it without wasting extra time looking through our entire database.
I compared two documents side by side to find the similarities and differences between them. One was the boilerplate Ramp template and the other was my organization’s policy.
Asked Claude to prepare a new policy combining the two where the organizations policy was selected for any overlap. Now I need to review it!
All in all, I did the while preparing for forecast projections, Ramp implementation, and normal daily operations before my PTO.
