- I uploaded a PDF of a credit card statement and asked Claude to identify, by cardholder what charges appeared to be subscriptions. I did this because we are changing bank cards and staff will need to change the payment card for those monthly charges. Claude identified many and linked them to the card holder. Then summarized what it created. It pointed out duplicates or same vendors on multiple cards (mostly newspaper subscriptions). I asked for it to be put in an excel spreadsheet and that was performed well. As this was done as a second step, I was impressed that it caught an error from the previous step. At least this will help cardholders a general idea of what they might need to address, even if it’s not 100% accurate.
- I used ChatGPT to create a staff wide email for me. It was a follow up to a previous email I had Claude create. I had to edit it of course, but it gave me a good foundation that I could work with and just edit. I didn’t realize how fast ChatGPT is because I’ve been working with Claude so much.
- This was cool. I created a second agent using Claude. I asked it to create an agent that, when prompted, will review an email from my Outlook connection to check for fraud, phishing or spam. It created a “skill” that I promptly pinned to my sidebar. I tested it and it worked well. It won’t guarantee catching something, however in the current environment, to run a scan which I can then review and validate is a great tool to help safeguard my organization. It also was easy to create. I just to create an agent for what I wanted to do. It did the programming for me.
- I loaded the finance committee PowerPoint slides and agenda and asked to identify areas that the committee may ask questions about. It produced a document that was not perfect, but identified some potential areas that might need some extra preparation for.
